In the Philippines contractors classified the cost of building a house into three types but it really varies on the preference of the contractor. In our experience the budget determines the quality of the building. For several weeks now we've been trying to find a contractor for a 3 floor type project with the following specifications. Floor area is 6.5 meters width and 10 meters length Ground level is a commercial space and the second level is a 3 units studio type units with toilet and bath. Roof deck is also a studio type unit with grilling and garden space. The question we have is that - will there be a contractor willing to accommodate those different pricing scheme in a single project?
