 In an apartment rental business, It is a must to have a contract for every tenant.

This is to protect each other's interest during the contract duration.

In this regard I am sharing a generic contract template which I normally use.

In the Philippines contractors classified the cost of building a house into three types but it really varies on the preference of the contractor. In our experience the budget determines the quality of the building. For several weeks now we've been trying to find a contractor for a 3 floor type project with the following specifications. Floor area is 6.5 meters width and 10 meters length Ground level is a commercial space and the second level is a 3 units studio type units with toilet and bath. Roof deck is also a studio type unit with grilling and garden space. The question we have is that - will there be a contractor willing to accommodate those different pricing scheme in a single project? Let's say we want the Ground Floor space to be just bare since its a commercial space and the tenant who will be leasing the space will most likely do the renovation according to its requirement.
